Questions
Do we need a technical person on our side?
No. We write everything in plain English, and the specification tells you exactly what you're getting before we build anything.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Anything that needs certification sits in your business's name, as auditors require: code, accounts and documents. Your phone numbers can move to another provider whenever you choose.
Why own the system rather than rent one?
A rented platform charges for every minute, every transfer, every logged-in agent and every user seat, and the bill grows with your business. Own the switch and your own people using it costs nothing.
Can the phone system answer calls with AI?
Yes. We build AI voice into the phone system: answering and routing by what the caller wants, transcripts and summaries straight into your CRM, and cover for after hours and overflow, with a person one step away.
Can you supply our phone numbers?
Yes, three ways: on numbers from our own UK ranges, connected fast; in your own name, through accounts we open for you with our carriers; or start on ours and move to your own when you're ready.
Do you certify us?
No. We get you ready and run the programme, and an independent accredited body certifies you. That separation is what makes the certificate worth having.
Will you tell us if we don't need bespoke software?
Yes. If an off-the-shelf product or a configured platform would do the job for less, the free systems review says so.
Will you take equity instead of fees?
As part of our fee, for the right business, never all of it. We stay on as your technical partner. Equity partnership
