CRM and phone system integration

When your phones and your software don't talk, people fill the gap. They retype caller details, search for records mid-call and update systems after the call ends. We connect the two, so a call arrives with the customer's record and what happens on it lands in the right place. The technical name is CTI, computer telephony integration.

What we connect

Your phone system to the software you already run:

  • CRM and customer records
  • ERP systems
  • Accounts and invoicing
  • Booking systems and diaries
  • Job and field service management
  • Ticketing and helpdesk
  • Your own database or spreadsheets

When nothing off the shelf fits

Sometimes no connector exists, or the software you have no longer fits how you work. Then we build what's missing: a connector, a tool or a whole system, documented and handed over to you.

Bespoke software development

What changes for your team

  • Screen pops: the caller's record opens as the phone rings
  • Click-to-dial from any customer record
  • Every call logged against the right customer
  • Bookings are made during the call, straight into the diary
  • Orders and jobs reach your ERP without being typed twice
  • Recordings and notes are kept where the rules say they must be

Proof

For Clinic Assist we connected one contact centre team to 450 UK clinic diaries, with patient data never copied between systems.

Questions

Will it work with our phone system?

Most modern phone systems can be connected. The free systems review tells you whether yours can, and what it would take.

Do we have to change our CRM?

Usually not. We connect what you have and only suggest replacing something when it is costing you more than it saves.

Can you supply the phone system as well?

Yes. We supply hosted phone systems and numbers, so the phones and the integration come from one team.

Do we need a separate software company and phone company?

No. We build the software and supply the phone system under one contract, so nobody can blame the other supplier when something goes wrong.
