Telecoms built for AI

Most AI voice products rent their telephony from a US platform. Most resellers sell someone else's platform on someone else's terms. We build the switch you own, from the numbers up: UK numbers from our own ranges, SIP connections, call handling, AI voice and billing. We're not a carrier; we connect your switch to the carriers and run it for you.

Who it's for

  • Telecoms providers and resellers who want their own white-labelled platform with AI built in
  • AI voice companies that want their own UK numbers, compliance and call handling instead of renting them
  • Businesses putting AI on their own phone lines, on numbers they keep

Own it, don't rent it

Build your AI voice product on a rented platform and the meter runs on everything: every minute, every leg of every call, every internal transfer, every agent who logs in and every user seat. Those costs grow exactly as your business does. On a switch you own, an internal transfer costs nothing, a logged-in agent costs nothing and there are no seat fees. You pay for the build and the lines, not for your own staff picking up the phone.

Bring your own AI, or build your own

Connect the AI you already use, such as Vapi, LiveKit or ElevenLabs, over SIP to the switch you own. Or we build your own agent on it. Either way there are no per-call platform charges, and the call never leaves your servers.

Fast, because it's close

Latency under 100 milliseconds, with your server hosted in the country your callers are in.

What we build for providers

  • Your own hosted voice platform, white-labelled, with AI answering and routing built in
  • SIP connections for your own AI voice agents, with transfers, recording and human handover that work
  • The switch itself, which you own: your calls stay on your servers
  • Hosting in the UK, the EU or the US, so call data stays where your rules require
  • Number management and porting, on our ranges or yours
  • Billing, provisioning and customer portals that fit how you sell
  • The connections to carriers underneath
  • The rules built in: Ofcom in the UK, the FCC and CRTC in North America

Why a provider, not just a developer

We hold our own UK number ranges and have built and run platforms under three regulators. We know what an auditor, a carrier and a porting desk will each ask for, because we answer the same questions ourselves. And we have built an AI voice platform this way before: CX Assist, from the numbers up, live and certified within 18 months.

Proof

CX Assist is an AI voice platform we built from the numbers up and took through ISO 27001 and SOC 2 within 18 months. Assist Telecommunications is a communications provider regulated in the UK, the US and Canada; we engineered its telecoms layer.

Questions

Why not build on a rented platform?

You can, and many do, but you pay per minute for every leg of every call, including internal transfers, and for every logged-in agent and user seat, for as long as the product lives. On a switch you own, those cost nothing.

Can we use the AI we've already built?

Yes. Vapi, LiveKit, ElevenLabs and similar connect over SIP to your switch. Or we build your agent on it, so the call never leaves your servers.

Do you own the network?

No. We build the switch you own, supply numbers from our own UK ranges, and connect your switch to the carriers.

Can we keep our existing carriers?

Yes. We build to the carriers you have, or supply lines and numbers from ours.

Can the platform carry our brand?

Yes. White-labelled, with your name on every screen your customers see.

Who runs it after launch?

We can, with a dedicated team and our DevOps and cybersecurity team monitoring it, or we hand it over fully documented.
