How you pay
Monthly, from £3,000 a month, invoiced at the start of each month for that month's work, and you own everything built so far. For the right business, we'll take part of our fee as equity.

How quickly can you start?
Within 24 hours of you saying go for a prototype or MVP. The specification sets out what the first version includes and how long it takes.
Do we own the code?
Yes. You own everything built so far, every month.
What is a fractional CTO?
A senior technology leader who works for your business part of the time, making the technical decisions a full-time CTO would, without the full-time salary. Ours comes with the team to carry the decisions out.
Is this the same as CTO as a service?
Yes. Both mean a senior technical leader you don't employ full time. The difference with ours is the team that comes with it.
Who is my CTO?
A named UK consultant, who you meet before the build starts. Paul Hanner sets the architecture on every project.
Is your CTO independent of the build team?
No, they work for the same firm, so the safeguard is in the contract: you can stop any month and keep everything built so far. We only keep your business by building what's worth building, and we'll tell you when something isn't.
Can we bring development in-house later?
Yes. Everything is documented so your own team can take over, and we'll help with the handover.
