About OD3X Systems
OD3X Systems is the engineering arm of OD3X Ltd, in business since 2021, first as Okra Datacom. We design, build, certify and run AI voice-enabled phone systems and business software for telecoms providers and businesses that live on the phone, with clients across Asia, Africa, Europe and the Americas.
Paul Hanner, founder and CEO
Paul trained in radio and television electronics and has spent 40 years as a communications and computer engineer, across telecoms, internet services and software. He built some of the UK's early internet services, worked on technology for the music industry, and is co-founder and CTO of CX Assist. He sets the architecture on every OD3X Systems project.
The team
Every client gets a UK consultant as their CTO and project manager. Behind them, our AI specialists and engineers, our DevOps and cybersecurity team and our in-house lawyer work as one team. That is why a certification programme or a regulatory filing runs alongside the build rather than after it.

OD3X Ltd is registered in Hong Kong. Our clients are in Asia, Africa, the UK, the EU and the Americas.
